Project Description:
The project is located within the East Maricopa Floodway which is owned and operated by the Flood Control District of Maricopa County. The project site is bounded to the west by the Roosevelt Water Conservation District Canal, to the east by the Power Road, to the south by the Guadalupe Road, to the north by the Superstation Spring Golf Club. Proposed improvements will take place at the southern end of the Superstition Springs Golf Course easement area which comprises mostly of a lake feature.

Project Design Nearing Completion

The project design is nearing completion and we have received the Nationwide Permit from the Corps of Engineers. Construction is tentatively planned for Fall 2023.

The project is currently under design by the consultant and is 60% complete. The design consultant is currently working to finalize the plans as well as working with the U.S. Corps of Engineers for permitting of the project.
